When I called Jordan he said he could give me a price right over the phone. I wasn’t too sure about this since my place was pretty dirty. He went ahead and asked a few questions and gave me a price and square footage. When the tech came out and measured it Jordan was really close the actual size of my place. These guys are really good at what they do.
Being a straight shooting type, no holds barred type of person, I don’t like haggling or nonsense. I wanted a company that I could just tell them what I want and they’d do it, no questions asked. When I called BHCC that’s exactly what I got. I told the guy exactly what I wanted and he knew just who to send and how to get it done. I didn’t have to repeat myself to these guys nor did they try to hassle me and try to get more money out of me. I’ll use these guys in the future.
I had to have my carpets cleaned because I just couldn’t stand it anymore. I thought maybe I could do it myself, so I rented a steam cleaner and went to work. To my dismay it didn’t come out as well as I thought it would. Once my carpets dried, it looked just as bad as before I started but with discoloration. So I had to get a professional to come and clean up the mess I created for myself. I called BHCC. When they came, they cleaned it up without a problem and even returned it to it’s original color. From now on I will be calling them instead of trying to do it myself.
